Shipping policy
All orders are processed within same day or next business days (excluding sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has processed for delivery or pick-up.
We will notify through calls or text if any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Domestic Delivery Rates and Estimates
Currently, Workcrux Online 2.0 is serviceable only in Imphal.
For calculated shipping rates: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Minimum order price of each order is ₹ 600. The delivery rate may vary either less or higher than rate mentioned in tariff. Normally, it is calculated as 1-2% of order value. FYI, the delivery rate is mentioned as under:

Local delivery
Workcrux Online 2.0 offers local delivery or in-store pickup to customers for the convenient of customers and their needs. Please refer the above tariff for delivery charges.
Deliveries are made in 3(three) time slot starting from (11:00am - 12:30pm), (01:30pm - 02:30pm) & last time slot (03:30pm - 05:00pm) on same working days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Workcrux, Sega Road, Imphal West - 795001, MN, where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within same business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are started from 11:00am-6:00pm on same working days of the Monday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Your order may be subject to taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Workcrux Online 2.0 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at workcruxonline@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at workcruxonline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
